Students and Early Career Professionals
Apply here for a travel award before registering for the conference. If you already applied for Conference Support, please do not register for the conference until you have received notification about the status of your award.

In-Person Registration Includes

In addition, the following events are available to attendees at no additional cost. The events are subsidized by SIAM and are not covered by the registration fees.

Meals
The registration fee does not cover meals or lodging.
Tickets will be available for the Honors and Awards Luncheon for purchase during the registration process. Luncheon tickets are available on a first come first served basis. Purchase your tickets early to avoid missing out.

Online Component Registration includes: 

• Live streaming of all talks, panels, and minitutorials taking place in the general session room of the Montréal Convention Center during the Third Joint SIAM/CAIMS Annual Meetings (AN25)
• Online only minisymposia and contributed sessions held in the mornings and afternoons of all or a subset of July 28 – August 1, 2025

How to Register
Register via the online Registration Form.

The Early Registration Rate will end on June 24, 2025.
The Standard Registration Rate will begin on June 25, 2025, on which date registration fees will increase.

SIAM accepts payment by American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. All registrations must be processed using the online registration system. Payments will *not* be accepted onsite.

If you are a SIAM member, the login is the same as your member login. If you do not remember your username or password, you may request it using the link on the registration site by providing the email in your SIAM record. You must use your member login to get the member rate for the conference. If you are not a member but attended a SIAM conference or purchased a SIAM publication in the past, check for an existing account. This will allow you to register without setting up a new account. If you do not have an existing account, you can follow the link to create a new account.

Attendees must register themselves using their own login credentials. If you are registering individuals other than yourself, please contact SIAM's Customer Service Department for assistance.

Registration Confirmations
After your registration is processed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your registration. If you do not receive it within two (2) days, SIAM has not processed your registration. Please contact SIAM's Customer Service Department or +1-215-382-9800.

Be prepared to present your registration confirmation at the Registration Desk.

Speaker Registration Policy and Program Changes
All speakers are required to register. Speakers are urged to register early at the lower registration rate; those who do not will be required to register at the higher Standard Registration Rate.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, they should find an alternate presenter, preferably a co-author. A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. Speakers should contact SIAM's Conferences Department with presentation changes and cancellations.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers or personal devices. Do not leave devices unattended. Please remember to silence electronic devices during sessions.

Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 
Requests for refunds must be sent to SIAM's Conferences Department, and will be issued in accordance with the following:

Cancellation on or before May 26, 2025
Full Refund

May 27, 2025 – June 24, 2025 
$75 Cancellation Fee

After June 24, 2025
No Refund

A fee of $75 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between May 27, 2025 – June 24, 2025, after which no registration changes will be accepted.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after the early registration date.
