Registration fees are in USD. 

Please note: PP26 conference registration includes the IMR26 workshop, however, if you plan to attend ONLY the SIAM International Meshing Roundtable Workshop 2026 (IMR26) please use IMR ONLY FEES. The PP26 One-Day fee does not allow access to IMR26 Workshop sessions.

Registration and sessions will take place at the Zuse Institute Berlin and Free University of Berlin. Registration will be in the A22 building. Sessions will take place in the A6, A22, T9 and ZIB buildings.

    Those registered to attend PP26 may attend IMR26 Workshop at no additional cost. When registering, select the option to attend “both PP26 Conference and IMR26 Workshop Sessions”.

The Standard Registration Rate will begin on March 3, 2026, on which date registration fees will increase.

Registration Confirmations
After your registration is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from International Conference Services on behalf of the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics, acknowledging your registration. 

Be prepared to present your registration confirmation at the Registration Desk.

SIAM Registration Desk
Registration hours are posted with the program.

Payments will not be accepted at the Registration Desk; all registrations must be processed using the online registration form.

Speaker Registration Policy and Program Changes
All speakers are required to register. Speakers are urged to register early at the lower registration rate; those who do not will be required to register at the higher Standard Registration Rate.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, they should find an alternate presenter, preferably a co-author. A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. Speakers should contact SIAM's Conferences Department with presentation changes and cancellations.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers or personal devices. Do not leave devices unattended. Please remember to silence electronic devices during sessions.

Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests for refunds MUST be sent to the Conference Secretariat (siam2026-registration@icsevents.com) and will be issued in accordance with the following:

Cancellation on or before February 16, 2026
Full Refund

February 17, 2026 – March 2, 2026
$75 Cancellation Fee

After March 2, 2026
No Refund

A fee of $75 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between February 17, and March 2, 2026, after which no registration changes will be accepted.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after the early registration date.
